In a world that increasingly questions the effects of extractivism, climate change and man's impact on the planet in general, what are the possible futures that await us?



TOMORROWS – Notes on the future of the Earth è un progetto della durata di un anno che propone una riflessione transdisciplinare nel campo dell'ecologia e della sostenibilità per affrontare temi come l'interconnessione tra gli esseri viventi, la biodiversità, le dinamiche socio-culturali, l'interazione dell'uomo con l'ambiente, e per esplorare alternative sostenibili alle attuali dinamiche estrattive e ai problemi ambientali. TOMORROWS – Notes on the future of the Earth is a year-long project that proposes transdisciplinary reflection in the field of ecology and sustainability to address issues such as the interconnectedness of living things, biodiversity, socio-cultural dynamics, human interaction with the environment, and to explore sustainable alternatives to current extractive dynamics and environmental problems.

Tra fantascienza, ucronia, fiction e utopia, la mostra presenta il lavoro di una selezione di artisti - in parte provenienti da collezioni e archivi internazionali - che attraverso le loro opere riflettono sul futuro della Terra. 

Muovendosi attraverso vaste scale temporali storiche e geologiche, le opere in mostra riflettono sulle possibilità, le perplessità e le alternative immaginifiche alle attuali dinamiche estrattive, considerate una spinta evolutiva primordiale nelle narrazioni globalizzate.


Attraverso letture antropologiche e scientifiche gli artisti in mostra mettono alla prova le nostre capacità di osservazione e interpretazione, per formulare un’ecologia condivisa in cui varie forme di vita più egualitarie possano sopravvivere, vivere e morire in armonia.

Between science fiction, uchrony, fiction and utopia, the exhibition presents the work of a selection of artists-some from international collections and archives-who through their works reflect on the future of the Earth.

Moving across vast historical and geological time scales, the works in the exhibition reflect on the possibilities, perplexities and imaginative alternatives to current extractive dynamics, considered a primal evolutionary thrust in globalized narratives.

Through anthropological and scientific readings, the artists in the exhibition challenge our powers of observation and interpretation to formulate a shared ecology in which various more egalitarian forms of life can survive, live and die in harmony.

  L’arte e la cultura sono un terreno d’azione di rapporti egemonici: è necessario portare avanti una contro-narrazione senza contribuire a legittimare un sistema economico elitario, anch’esso responsabile delle ingiustizie climatiche e sociali.

Reimparare a farsi domande, a guardare in modo critico la realtà, 
è il primo passo per costruire una società più giusta. 


Diventa protagonista del cambiamento contribuen- do a trasformare i sistemi egemonici in terreni d’azione per la soluzione delle ingiustizie.

Ci sono domande dal pubblico? è un progetto del collettivo Giuseppefraugallery con la Scuola civica d'arte contemporanea per la mostra TOMORROWS – Notes on the future of the Earth. Una piattaforma online in cui puoi registrare un vocale con la tua domanda al sistema dell’arte, alla mostra, al tema, agli artisti, a te stesso; all’interno della piattaforma sarà possibile anche ascoltare quelle inviate dalle altre persone.

Registra rimanda ad un WhatsApp dedicato, in cui puoi produrre direttamente il vocale o, se preferisci, inviare la registrazione come allegato.
Art and culture are a field of action of hegemonic relations: it is necessary to bring forward a counter-narrative without helping to legitimize an economic system
elitist, which is also responsible for climate and social injustices.

Re-learning to ask questions, to look critically at reality, is the first step to building a more just society.

Any questions from the audience? is a project of the Giuseppefraugallery collective with the Civic School of Contemporary Art for the exhibition TOMORROWS - Notes on the future of the Earth. An online platform where you can record a voice with your question to the art system, the exhibition, the theme, the artists, yourself; within the platform you will also be able to listen to those sent by other people.

Record links to a dedicated WhatsApp, where you can produce the voice directly or, if you prefer, send the recording as an attachment.
